Adjustable awning. A ceiling of automatically adjusting slats, which control the entrance of sun and rain, while simultaneously permitting natural ventilation.

In the closed position it is waterproof.

Jalousie. The vertical faces of the patios to the south are closed by means of a simple jalousie, embossed with a silhouette of fig leaves.

Grille-pergola. The doors of the upper terraces are opened the same way as garage doors (the door becomes the pergola). This door acts as a grille or a pergola depending on its position.

It consists of a frame of galvanized steel, with welded rods at different angles – imitating bamboo.

The rods permit the easy attachment of natural cane weave that provides protection from the summer sun.
