Each housing unit is equipped with a patio. Its placement is determined by the position of the trees already existing on the property.

This determines the x and y coordinates, but also the z.

Within each patio there would be at least one tree. The biggest ones will not be touched – building will take place around them– resulting in the opportunity to vary the internal configuration of the residences and the form of the patio itself. By means of these patio designs, a natural, southern light reaches the interior corridor of the homes.
