The earth from the property is used as a resource, in different ways.
The main material for enclosure is rammed earth (compacted with a hydraulic compressor).
The earth around the trees is left in its place to form natural patio floors.
Elsewhere, the fertile, vegetation-enriched earth is collected for later incorporation in the formation of the terracing of the interior plaza and the exterior treatment of the remainder of the site.
All other displacements of earth are calculated so that there is an equilibrium between levelling the ground and filling it in. (This includes the construction of the compressed-earth walls, such that it is not necessary to bring in earth nor dispose of it.)
