A rearranging of the traditional agricultural farm. There is a central patio accessible by all, around which the dwellings are arranged. There is a tree (or other vegetation) in the centre, with an area reserved for parking and for meeting. Near this access is a ceremonial place. Stable. Main facade. Rooms that overlook the landscape . . . Being positioned on a steep hill, some of the housing units need to have a view over the others, rather than a view of them.

Various groupings of houses (between two and four) can be formed, with the result that some share a wall, like a little hamlet.

The use of the agricultural farm is shared. One doesn't buy just a house but rather a portion of the whole complex in order to live and work together.
